People, this is the third week, yes the third week, that i have been told or had an e-mail reply (first week), that my reprogrammed DME/EU is on the way back to me.
She was not aware that i had spoken with another individual earlier today who informed me that "their shipping person had not been into work for 5 days and shipping was all screwed up as he did not keep adequate records."
Now, while patience is regarded as a virtue, and RMS appears to bank on that premise, i cannot, and will not recommend their service to anyone.
Personnally, i feel as if i have become their whipping boy

Unfortunately they have me holding a $25K car sitting within my garage (dead in the water).
For what it is worth, my only recommendation is: Do Not purchase ANY RMS product if you believe you will get the service you are paying for in a timely manner.
