little squeek in steering and clutch

Hi does anyone have a fix for the common problem of the squeeky clutch on the E36 M3? Also, the steering has a slight squeek.

Thanks for the help. I ordered 2 sets one for me and one for my buddy with the same car.

I installed these bushings twice. On my first try, they started to squeek about a month later. The second time around (same bushings), I loaded them up with good old axel grease and they have been quiet ever since.
